Dashboard: Engagement Metrics (Company Admin)

Recognize seeks to provide a high-level overview of a company's engagement with the platform. And these details are accessible by Company Admins in the Dashboard portal.

There are 4 sections of engagement metrics available through this portal:

  • Overview

    • This section gives a cumulative overview of your team's engagement metrics:
      • Recognition Counter (cumulative recognitions & anniversaries sent/received)
      • Recognitions by Week (weekly display of different recognitions sent/received)
      • Top Badges (break-down of most popular recognition badges used)
      • Users by Status (break-down of platform user statuses - e.g. active or inactive)
      • Recognition Engagement Score (RES; calculated, diversity participation score)

  • Top Employees

    • This section provides a list of the top-performing platform users in your company.
    • Company Admins can filter by badge, team, or name, along with the option to sort by received/sent recognitions or point totals.

  • Engagement by Role

    • This section allows Company Admins to segment their engagement data (e.g. recognitions sent/received, given/received +1's, and redemptions) by role.
      • These correspond to the roles created via the Company Admin/Roles portal.
    • Metrics can be sorted by a specific time interval and exported to a CSV file.

  • Engagement by Team

    • This section allows Company Admins to segment their engagement data by team/function.
    • Metrics can be sorted by a specific time interval and exported accordingly.
