Points: Understanding the Different Displays

The Recognize platform displays points in several areas, in order to provide users (and Company Admins) more insight into their engagement activities.

Currently, there are 3 different point displays that users will encounter in Recognize:

  1. (Time Interval) Points
  2. Total Points
  3. Available Redemption Points

 

(Time Interval) Points:

Users can view how many points they've acquired for a specified time interval (e.g. month, quarter, or year) at the top-right side of the Recognize dashboard:

This amount consists of both redeemable and non-redeemable points, and the corresponding time interval can be adjusted via the Company Admin/Settings portal, under 'Default interval':

Total Points:

Users can view how many points (both redeemable and non-redeemable) they've acquired since joining the Recognize platform. This number can be viewed by accessing the 'User Profile' feature from the top-right side of the Recognize dashboard, listed in the left-side menu:

Available Redemption Points:

Users can view how many redeemable points are available to redeem rewards. This number can be viewed by accessing the 'Rewards' feature from the top-left side of the Recognize dashboard:
