Reporting: Recognitions, Rewards, Nominations, Comments, & Tasks (Company Admin)

The Recognize platform provides built-in reporting functionality for the following features: recognitions, rewards (redemptions and points), nominations, comments, and tasks. And running these reports can be helpful in gauging the level of employee activity on the platform - especially for year-end reporting.

Here are helpful steps for running each type of report:

Recognition Reports:

Running a Recognitions report can help you track the recognitions sent to/from your employees throughout a specified month, quarter, year, or date range.

  • Through the Company Admin portal, select Recognitions on the left-side menu.
  • Select your desired time interval:
    • Month
    • Quarter
    • Year
    • Custom
  • Determine how many results you'd like display
    • Note: select 'All' entries for an inclusive report.
  • Select 'Export' and select your desired output format option:
    • Copy
    • CSV
    • Excel (recommended)
    • PDF
    • Print

Rewards - Redemption Reports:

Running a Rewards redemption report can help you track how many employees have redeemed provider-fulfilled or company-fulfilled rewards.

  • Through the Company Admin portal, select Rewards on the left-side menu.
  • Select 'Redemptions' from the top-right menu.
  • Select your desired time interval:
    • Month
    • Quarter
    • Year
    • Custom
  • Determine how many results you'd like display
    • Note: select 'All' entries for an inclusive report.
  • Select 'Export' and select your desired output format option:
    • Copy
    • CSV
    • Excel (recommended)
    • PDF
    • Print

Rewards - Points Reports:

Running a Rewards report can also help you determine how many points have been accrued by employees, as well as those who have outstanding amounts to redeem.

  • Through the Company Admin portal, select Rewards on the left-side menu.
  • Select 'Points' from the top-right menu, and then 'Summary'.
  • Select your desired time interval:
    • Month
    • Quarter
    • Year
    • Custom
  • Determine how many results you'd like display
    • Note: select 'All' entries for an inclusive report.
  • Select 'Export' and select your desired output format option:
    • Copy
    • CSV
    • Excel (recommended)
    • PDF
    • Print

Nomination Reports:

Running a report of employee Nominations can help you determine top contenders for 'crowd-sourced' awards (e.g. 'Employee of the Month').

  • Through the Company Admin portal, select Nominations on the left-side menu.
  • Determine which 'nomination badge' you'd like to filter by
    • Note: these badges can tie to different nomination campaigns (e.g. 'Employee of the Month', 'CEO's Award', etc.)
  • Select 'All Votes' and you'll be directed to a second page

Comment Reports:

Running Comment reports allows you to download a collection of user comments that have been created in response to posted recognitions/anniversaries.

Running Task reports through Recognize can be helpful for reviewing past employee actions, especially for goal-setting or specific projects.
