Approving a Reward

Rewards allow employees to exchange their earned recognition points for company-selected rewards, such as gift cards, extended lunches, etc. 

When a direct reporting employee requests a reward redemption, the Manager will be notified by email, and can approve or deny the task.            


To approve a Reward:

  • Open your Manager Portal
  • Select the "Rewards" option from the left navigation column
  • Select either the approve or deny button by any pending reward to view the details:





  • Add any necessary notes or instructions in the confirmation window
  • Select the blue "Confirm" button to submit:
