Rewards allow employees to exchange their earned recognition points for company-selected rewards, such as gift cards, extended lunches, etc.
When a direct reporting employee requests a reward redemption, the Manager will be notified by email, and can approve or deny the task.
To approve a Reward:
- Open your Manager Portal
- Select the "Rewards" option from the left navigation column
- Select either the approve or deny button by any pending reward to view the details:
- Add any necessary notes or instructions in the confirmation window
- Select the blue "Confirm" button to submit:
