If a user redeems a reward, do they lose their total points?

Luckily, no they don't.

There are three categories for points:

  • Cumulative points
  • Interval points (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly - set in the Company Admin under Settings)
  • Redeemable points

When a staff member redeems a reward, their redeemable points will decrease but no other points category will see a points reduction.
