How to restrict (or limiting) how many badges a staff member can send?

The "Badge sending limits" is where you can limit how often an individual employee can send that badge in a specific time period. For instance, if the sending limit is 10 per month, then each employee in your company can send that badge 10 times each month.


Limiting the number of badges staff can send is easy.

1. Go into the Company Admin at the top right Menu.(If you don't have that option please contact us).

2. Go to Custom Badges on the left

3. Scroll to the badge you want to restrict

4. Insert a number for how many times it can be sent

5. Select in the drop down menu the interval for that number
