How to Restrict or Limit the Number of Badges Users Can Send

The "Badge sending limits" is where you can limit how often an individual employee can send that badge in a specific time period. For instance, if the sending limit is 10 per month, then each employee in your company can send that badge 10 times each month.


Limiting the number of badges staff can send is easy.

  1. Go into the Company Admin at the top right Menu.
  2. Go to Custom Badges on the left.
  3. Scroll to the badge that you want to restrict.
  4. Insert a number for how many times it can be sent.
  5. Select the desire time interval from the drop-down menu:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    • Yearly
