Badges can have different point values dependent upon meaning.
Steps to assign points to badges:
1. Go to Company Admin.
2. Click Custom Badges in the left navigation.
3. The right will show a list of all your badges including the 30 badges that come out of box with Recognize and will likely be mostly deactivated.
4. Below the Description field of the badges is the Points text field.
5. Click Update Badges to save.
