Send custom redemption instructions to the user.

When a rewards manager approves or denies a reward, its common for companies to include further instructions to the employee. These instructions can include how to pick up the reward, when it will be delivered, or any specific information the rewards manager would like to relay. 

In order to use this feature, begin by editing a reward on the Company Admin > Rewards > Catalog section. Then instructions to the reward:


This is essentially a template that will be displayed to the rewards manager that they can then edit upon approval.  When a reward manager goes to approve, they will see this: 



As you can see, the message entered into the reward is displayed here and can be customized. This message is then displayed to the user when they are emailed that their reward has been approved.
